riparo professional centre offers office spaces for rent on short-term, interim or long-term* basis:

Ground Floor:

Office G-1; 400 square feet. Personal entry from parking lot; accessibility to first and second floors via stairwells. Our largest office space!  This office suite has a retractable room divider - perfect for 2 persons, or an office with a small meeting area. This office is handicapped accessible, as is the  restroom on this level. This office can be configured to meet your needs, or provided unfurnished. Terms: $450 per month. Minimum one year lease; move-in deposit of first and last month’s rent, plus security deposit, required at lease signing.

Per Diem Office:

Per Diem Office. Easy access to conference room, shared reception area, and common kitchenette/break area and rest room facilities.

Terms: $50 per day, all inclusive. Also includes priority scheduling for the Executive Office and Conference Room.  Call to schedule availability. 

Second Floor:
All offices on the second floor share a restroom.  Easy access to the first floor via staircase.

Office 2-1; 190 square feet. Available- This space rents for $385/mo.**

Office 2-2; 110 square feet. Available- This space rents for $265/mo**

Office 2-3; 165 square feet. Currently occupied.

Office 2-4; 115 square feet. Available- This space rents for $295/mo.**

Office 2-5; 120 square feet. Currently occupied.

Office 2-6; 195 square feet. Available- This space rents for $385/mo.**
